DELIVERY

AUSTRALIA

Status Quan offers free standard shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post or Sendle.

Domestic orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery is usually 2-4 business days, after dispatch, depending on your location.

If delivery is to a business address, the name of the business is required, without this information Australia Post and Sendle are unable to deliver your parcel.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at customercare@statusquan.com

Express Delivery is available for an additional charge and will be calculated according to your location.

Please note Status Quan cannot accept orders to be delivered to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery will be sent using Australia Post or Sendle’s international standard parcel service. Delivery time is usually 10-30 business days, after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery will be calculated according to your location.

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not Status Quan. Status Quan is therefore unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

At Status Quan, we pride ourselves on luxurious, well-crafted designs with a contemporary aesthetic. All Status Quan garments undergo rigorous quality control checks.

We want you to feel and look your best so in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item based on the following conditions:

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • In order to return an item, you must obtain a return number.
  • The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • For Australian orders, the goods must be returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days of receipt of goods. For overseas orders, the goods must be returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 21 days of receipt of goods.
  • Item (s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Returns will not be able to be accepted if traces of scent or make-up are on the item(s).
  • Item (s) must be in the original packaging (mailer box and Status Quan box) with all original tags attached and the original receipt.
  • In the event that a return is not delivered to Status Quan, it is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any losses as a result of the lost items. Therefore it is essential that all returns are sent back to Status Quan via registered post with tracking facilities.
  • E-Gift cards cannot be returned.

Status Quan reserves the right to reject returns that do not adhere to these conditions.

RETURNS PROCESS
  1. Email customercare@statusquan.com to request a return number.
  2. We will email you a returns form to print and complete.
  3. Pack your Return: Place the item (s) in the original packaging and shipping box, together with the completed returns form. Returns cannot be accepted without this form.
  4. Return via Registered Post to:
